Incentive Pay – United pays an extra $1/hour to hourly employees who achieve perfect attendance within the pay period, and then an additional $.50/hour to those with perfect attendance when we achieve our customer production targets.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Review daily schedule and manage label inventory to ensure there are enough labels in the hotboxes for the next 24 hours.
  • Stock labels to ensure the correct stampers are on hand.
  • Communicate any shortages and/or discrepancies with the Production Planning Supervisor.
  • Pull, file, and perform inventory on all vinyl orders as received daily, including stampers, labels, and downloads.
  • Order any missing components for incomplete orders and alert shift supervisor.
  • Effectively communicate with shift supervisor and the client services department regarding component orders and the turnaround time of orders.
  • Confront and solve any label, stamper, and download issues.
  • All other duties as assigned by shift supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter
  • Able to lift boxes up to 20 lbs and easily/comfortably climb ladders

Preferred Qualifications:

Inventory control experience highly preferred.
