We are looking for an experienced pizza cook to help us uphold the award winning quality we have come to be known for. Our proprietary pizza dough is house-made and hand-stretched.

Pizza cook duties will consist of assisting the executive chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Prepping pizza dough
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare ingredients for service
• Stretching dough properly and preparing pizzas in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow executive chef or general manager's instructions
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out in a timely manner with high regard for quality taste and presentation
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers - Attitude is just as important (if not more so) than skill!

Skills

• Proven pizza cooking experience
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry’s best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
