What You'll Do


DocuSign is looking for a Pipeline Program Manager to drive the creation of outbound prospecting campaigns used at scale by our small-to-medium business (SMB) sales team. In this role, you’ll create target contact lists and outreach messaging that will be used by sales and sales development teams to create pipelines for different sales motions. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, sales development, customer success and operations teams on defining world class strategies and programs to engage prospects and customers, and seed expansion across our product portfolio. Your goal will be to identify the best way to drive impact, clearly articulate successes and failures, and scale pilot programs.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, North America Marketing and is designated Flex.


Responsibility

  • Partner closely with internal sales, sales development, customer success, operations and enablement stakeholders to drive key initiatives and ensure timely delivery and execution of Pipeline Programs
  • Define key sales stakeholders and develop a process for buy-in and expectation setting during planning stages
  • Create calendars with clear deliverables for teams to ensure campaign success, communication frequency, and capture feedback
  • Analyze and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns and business opportunities for DocuSign, and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape
  • Drive a consistent process to build and optimize dashboards in Salesforce for key business stakeholders in marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Program manage day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless execution


What You Bring


Basic

  • 5+ years of high-tech sales or marketing experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Eloqua


Preferred

  • 5+ years of high-tech sales or marketing experience in a field-facing role
  • Proficient in ability to work across the organization and a clear understanding of Sales processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to lead a team in developing and delivering programs within a very high velocity, shifting environment
  • Ability to engage with senior Sales leaders
  • Experience communicating with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically
  • Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, able to “turn on a dime”
  • Ability to think through problems to come up with innovative solutions
  • Sales development experience
  • Experience selling to SMB organizations

This role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Based on legislation in Colorado, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado pay range: $93,700 - $128,875 base salary.

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in New York City only: New York City pay range: $100,000 - $137,575 base salary.

Based on legislation in Washington state the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in Washington only: Washington pay range: $93,700 - $137,575 base salary.

Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range $100,000 - $157,950 base salary.
