The recruiter for Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is devoted to recruiting physicians and advanced practice providers for Praxis Health. This position partners with the HR team to locate and acquire talent for fast growing company. The recruiter works closely with regional managers to source talent needed to support continued growth. To be successful, recruiter will need to quickly and easily build a rapport with interested providers. You must excel in a fast-paced, goal driven environment. The ideal candidate would reside in NE Oregon, however remote work arrangements will be considered for the best candidate.
The base compensation is competitive and bonus incentive compensation is available for achieving targeted results.

- Extraordinary organization skills that support prioritizing and balancing multiple priorities.
- Excellent working knowledge of the internet and proficiency in conducting internet searches.
- Confidence in reaching out to passive candidates.
- Highly detail oriented and able to work independently or as part of team.
- Sales mentality with a solutions based-attitude.
- Confidence presenting material and information to small and large groups both virtually and in-person
- Ability to self-manage daily activities and work relatively independently.
- Knowledge of employment laws relative to hiring, including EEO guidelines.
- Ability to function within an ATS (PracticeMatch, PracticeLink, iCIMS preferred)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related job experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success finding and engaging talented individuals to meet a company’s needs.
- Three years of full-cycle recruitment experience that demonstrates a solid background in developing and implementing recruitment strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources.
- Background in healthcare required.
