Key Responsibilities:

• Perform running/walking gait analysis, return-to-sport testing, sports performance testing (training provided), initial evaluations, follow up appointments, and strength training.
• Communicate with clients in a way that allows them to confidently make the right decision about the plan of care suggested.
• Ensure clients achieve their clinical/health/and lifestyle outcomes.
• Clearly communicate the value of our service with the price that client will need to pay to access it.
• Ensure clients remain on the schedule for their full plan of care and remain excited about working with us.
• Provide a level of customer care that will cause clients to refer friends and family.
• Keep timely and accurate documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current CA and PT license (required)
• Current CPR Certification (required)
• 2+ years experience (preferred)
• Dedication to lifelong learning that puts the client first and views the opportunity to learn as a privilege

Your Compensation:

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
• 40 hours per week
• $200 medical premium stipend per month.
• 2-weeks paid vacation, plus the week off between Christmas and New Year’s.
