As an employee, you are covered under our Worker's Compensation and professional liability insurance, and may be eligible for other benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid sick time) that are not extended to Independent Contractors (1099's). Every therapist receives a company provided iPhone and iPad with a keyboard, to be used for work purposes. We offer competitive sign-on bonuses, reimburse for CEUs and materials, and pay our therapists for completing quarterly progress reports.

We provide optimal scheduling support and build caseloads quickly to get our therapy providers to their desired caseloads. Requirements:

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Valid license with the Arizona Board of PT Examiners
• Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto insurance and auto registration
• Valid Article 9 training
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
• Three professional reference letters
• Able to pass a criminal and sexual offender background check

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and the ability to use an iPhone and iPad.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Must be able to utilize electronic therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have good interpersonal skills. Must be a people person who is always at ease and friendly when relating with people, especially with the client being cared for.
• Must display flexibility and patience. Every client may not have the same difficulties, hence, might not respond to the same therapy procedure.

Desired Skills:

• A minimum of one-year home health experience.
• Prior experience in treating clients from 3 years of age and up with various developmental disabilities.

Pay: $55.00 - $76.00 per hour
