StaffKeepers seeks skilled Physical Therapists to join our vibrant team and provide exceptional care in long-term care settings nationwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities, limitations, and needs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions to maximize patients' functional independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate understanding and active participation in the therapeutic process
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Physical Therapist licensure
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a relevant clinical setting
- Flexibility to work the nation for travel positions.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and critical thinking skills
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered care.
- CPR/BLS certification
