We are looking for ROCKSTAR physical therapists that are interested in working in patient's homes.
We are looking for physical therapists in the following areas:
- Brooklyn
- Queens
- Nassau County
- Suffolk County
- Manhattan
- Staten Island
- Bronx
- Westchester County
- Dutchess County
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy License in NY (active physical therapist)
- Compassionate and comfortable working with seniors
- New grad physical therapists are welcome! We offer a VERY strong and structured mentorship program - make sure to inquire about this!
Additional Information
- We work with Medicare - eligible patients. We also work with Pediatric patients.
- We are a Medicare Part B practice.
- Physical Therapist can choose to accept patients on a case-by-case basis.

- Physical therapist should be able to travel between the homes of patients in your chosen area

- Timely submission of documentation using our chosen EMR, WebPT
- Good communication between the front desk and therapists is very important. We use text/email for most communication
- Eagerness to progress your patients to their highest potential level and help us debunk the myth that homecare therapy is poor and lacks skill :)
