CVHCare, a leader in Home Health Clinical services, headquartered in beautiful San Ramon CA, is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Care Agency located in South San Francisco, CA. Position Summary: The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides physical therapy services & care to patients, under the direction of a Physical Therapist and according to the physician’s plan of care. They provide exercise, instruction, therapeutic methods like electrical stimulation, mechanical traction, and ultrasound; massage; and gait and balance training. Physical Therapist Assistants record the patient's responses to treatment and report the outcome of treatment to the Physical Therapist.

Positions Available: 3
Schedule: Part Time w/Benefits (32 hours p/week = 24 RVEs p/week, 24 hours p/week = 18 RVEs p/week OR Per Diem 6 RVEs p/week)

• Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday

Locations:

Area #11 - covering the following cities: Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Morgan Hill, Mt. Hamilton, Saratoga, Los Gatos, San Martin - Part-Time 32 ( 24 RVEs p/week) benefits available OR Part Time 24 (18 RVEs p/week) OR Per Diem (6 RVEs p/week)

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant required
• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License
• Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
• Valid California Driver License
• CPR Certification

Desired:

• Advanced computer system knowledge
• Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus
