Job Summary
The Photography Production Manager will provide multi-discipline support to the entire Photo Team, from production support and content management to creating compelling, evocative imagery that captures the magic of the Disney vacation experience. They must have the ability to manage complex production plans and work with minimal supervision. This is a high-performance position, working under high-pressure deadlines and schedules.
Position Responsibilities
The Photography Production Manager is also a member of the new media / digital production and post-production teams, charged with creating outstanding content. The Sr Photography Producer responsibilities includes managing different budget levels, directors, post houses, editors, music producers, animation/GFX/VFX pipelines, production timelines, on-set crews (large and small), and experience with productions for both small and large footprints under the direction of the Integrated Production Director. Have knowledge of Integrated Content Development including Video, Photography, and multi-media campaigns in ever-evolving New Media production space. You will report to the Integrated Production Director.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in photography / digital / new media / social content & video production, large production crews, media networks, or advertising agencies
- Familiarity with multiple production media including, video, photography and post-production
- Well-versed understanding of the latest technology
- Lead jobs with high profile production shoots with different budgets ($5K< ; <$500K)
- Manage partners charged with developing creative content and new ideas
- Experience and a understanding of content development across multiple media platforms
- Adapt to the changing digital environment of advertising/marketing production
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays and travel
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of our Disney Parks & Resort's brand and best practices
- Comfortable with Presentation
- Experience in licensing music, clips, and developing clearances reports
