Pharmacist - Inpatient Hospital

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a Hospital Pharmacist position in the Quad Cities, IA area. This is an outstanding full time opportunity with one of our well-respected Hospital clients! Description:

• Providing clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast paced environment.
• Correctly informing and instructing patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.
• Developing and participating in new employee training and education programs.
• Participating in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.

Position Requirements:

• IA State Pharmacist license in good standing
• Knowledge of general hospital pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy practice
• Ability to work well in a team setting
