In the Personal Trainer role, you’ll have the opportunity to focus all of your attention on one client at a time. We offer a unique design of private, fully equipped personal training studios. This one-on-one training style is completely different from what you'll find at a typical “big box gym." Since 2013, NexGen Fitness has grown to 10 locations throughout DFW, and 14 locations nationwide. Our McKinney location opened in 2022 and is owned and operated by someone who started their career as a Personal Trainer with NexGen, advanced to managing, and now franchising! We're looking for people who are not just seeking a job, but ready to start a career with someone who will help them reach their goals!

Responsibilities:

• Private personal training in our brand new state of the art fitness studio
• Develop workouts designed specifically for each client to help them achieve their goals
• Monitor, train, and educate clients on the safe and effective use of all equipment, cardio, and strength training exercises
• Nutritional guidance utilizing our custom nutrition app
• Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and goal setting for clients
• General cleanliness of facility

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Personal Trainer
• CPR and AED Certified
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
