Looking for a hybrid executive and personal assistant, the ability to help with bussiness tasks as well as help with errands and meetings as necessary.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executive. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. In addition to performing business duties The candidate would need to be comfortable with running errands as well as attending social events in the evening (company pays for all outings) for networking and company ice breakers with high net worth individuals. This job does demand long hours but some of the responsibilities could be considered perks to certain applicants such as expensive lunch and dinner meetings, high class bar meetings, golf outings etc all paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Running Errands on behalf of the owner of the company
  • Attend social functions as a representative of the company (all paid by company)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some travel may be required (paid for by company)

Must be able to pass a background check and have an active drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
