About you:

• A degree in HR or Organizational Behavior is required for this role
• 7+ years of strategic HR based experience with an emphasis on growth and talent management
• Vibrant interpersonal skills with an emphasis on collaborative and productive relationship building cross-functionally
• A dedicated work ethic with the proven ability to develop and execute efficiently and continuously
• Expert ability to adapt to ever-changing and evolving needs and situations
• Experience with scalable L&D platforms, HRIS systems, ATS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite

The Job:

• Support needs and goals of an extremely fast-growing global business by serving as a strategic talent management thought leader
• Work directly with CHRO and other key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in regard to employee attraction, retention and engagement
• Oversee a global learning and development platform and continuously create new modules and opportunities for in-house training and professional development
• Collaborate with DE&I taskforce and affinity groups to develop content that aligns with goals
• Spearhead various internal communications aimed at creating a collaborative and informed culture

This direct hire role will work on a hybrid basis out of the organization Philadelphia office. This position is paying a base salary of up to $200,000 depending on experience.
