Payroll Specialist- On-Site (Renton, WA)
Responsibilities -
- Process bi-weekly payroll (ADP) for employees in the organization multi-state
- Work with Service logistics to compile employee time and payroll data from other records
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
- Maintain up to date employee files and electronic records
- Assist with yearly Benefit Open Enrollment
- Maintain employee files, payroll records, tax records, garnishments, etc.
- Maintain workers comp cases and reporting, multi-state
- Process employee separations and enrollment in Cobra, when applicable
- Maintain accurate records of payments made to employees
- Keep track of pay periods, hourly wages, salaries, overtime, sick days and vacation days of employees
- Provide outstanding customer service to a diverse and often remote workforce
