Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Processing, balancing and submitting multiple payrolls
• Reviewing new hire paperwork and enrolling employees into the payroll system
• Managing insurance enrollment for new employees
• Processing monthly insurance invoices for payment
• Filing and implementing garnishments, child support orders and other mail relating to employees
• Maintaining monthly payroll and insurance reports
• Manage gathering employee timesheets and data entry
• Implementing changes to employees’ salaries and in all corresponding systems
• Assisting employees with questions through phone and email
• Handling employees 401K contributions and uploads
• Contributing to the development of new or amended payroll processes, and procedures
• Performing other payroll and benefits duties as necessary

Coordinator Requirements:

• 3+ years payroll experience or Bachelor's degree
• Benefits experience preferred
• Prior experience with ADP and Guardian preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills
• Good client service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
