The Payment Poster will post payments received into our office – checks, money orders, western union, credit cards, EFT transmission, and direct payments reported from client base. Qualified candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and dependable.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Prepare bank deposits following company procedures

· Encode checks for deposit

· Process remits/invoices and direct pays

· Maintain excel spreadsheets

· Filing

· Sort all incoming mail for UCB and deliver to respective departments

· Help sort and mail client statements as needed

· Other duties as assigned by manager

Skills Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
• General clerical and 10 keys skills
• Knowledge of accounting functions
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver
• Demonstrates excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
• Must be able to pass background check (FBI/BCI) and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
