Children's Dental Management currently has a full-time opportunity available for a Patient Services Representative in our Easton and Trexlertown, PA offices! As the first face our patients and parents usually see when they walk in, this position is crucial to creating a positive, welcoming patient experience for everyone in our care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Smile and greet patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.
- Check in and check out patients.
- Respond to patient questions and/or concerns according to CDH policies.
- Answer telephones and check voicemail.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up on no-shows or cancelled appointments.
- Verify patient information.
- Keep and maintain up-to-date patient account records.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- One year of experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice preferred
- Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate well
- Demonstrated desire to work with children in a pediatric setting

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
