Signal Health is coming to Eastern Massachusetts area and looking for an experienced Home Health professional to coordinate and deliver care as we start operations in Boston and all of Eastern Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Delivering and coordinating client services as per diem to full time as client volume builds

You’ll help lead and build field staff in providing quality home care while increasing the office’s caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations alongside the CEO and Owner who is a Veteran and Registered Nurse

Qualifications

Experience as a Home Health Aide/PCA

A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation

Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and grow with company to management level

Strong PC and communication skills with the CEO and Owner who is a Registered Nurse

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
