Job Title: Parts Manager
Department: Garage
Reports to: Fleet Maintenance & Operations Manager
Supervises: None
Who you are:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage the truck garage inventory.
o Inventory counts
o Stock levels & reorder points
o Supplier evaluation
- Assist with accurate and timely work order completion.
- Track warranty parts and obtain warranty credits/parts/services.
- Compile documentation for truck and trailer purchases & assist with new truck set up.
- Assist with permits, licenses, & registrations.
- Assist with accident reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
1. Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SAP Concur, Infor EAM, or other business software.
2. Knowledge of truck repair, parts ordering, and inventory management.
3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Openness to change.
6. High degree of organizational skills
