Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, we manage multiple satellite operations at various contract sites across the country. Job Description
Thanks to a new client in our Dedicated Parts Management segment of business we have Parts Counter positions open in the Cincinnati, OH area. Competitive compensation packages are available for the right candidates.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Parts counter coverage, providing parts to our dedicated customer.
- Insuring that parts are accounted for and applied correctly to repair orders.
- Ability to research and order correct parts for vehicles and equipment.
- Professional and effective interaction with our customer and parts suppliers.
- Providing excellent customer service to our dedicated client.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Years of experience: 2
- Educational requirements: High School degree
- Discipline: a proven track record as a self-starter and adherence to company policies
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as it relates to internal and external customers and suppliers
