Chrysler Dodge Jeep Store in the is looking for an enthusiastic individual to run our parts department. The right candidate would have automotive parts experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills, and good computer skills are required. The parts team must have strong experience and leadership qualities to organize and motive within our team and to hold each team member accountable for outstanding performance daily.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, and customer service
• Stock in parts - Keep all order check in records, you will need these to cross reference with Ford parts statements
• Coordinate with service about any parts incoming for RO’s
• Process and review all shipments
• Review payment for shipping vs shipping quote as you print labels
• Counter tickets reviewed and printed
• Review incoming returns and process those correctly returned
• Review necessary orders for Ford for the day and place order prior to 330pm
• Contact special order parts customers whose orders have arrived
• Follow up on scrap, core and hold items
• Review ebay and email questions and communications
• Phone/voicemail response
• Maintain an organized department
