As a Phone Scheduler your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high volume of calls, email, and other methods in high volume support center with varying degrees of questions, concerns and booking appointments.
  • Identifying and resolving complaints this is your chance to be creative in finding a solution.
  • Using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Troubleshoot issues based on strong understanding of process, policy, and systems.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company.

Training is provided, and 1 to 2 years of experience is necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to earn up to $20+/hour while gaining valuable experience that you can add to your resume.
