Job description
Government contractor located in Springfield VA is seeking a freelance accountant to handle various bookkeeping services as described below on a weekly basis.
- payroll services
- accounts payables/receivables
- chart of accounts reconciliation
- financial statements
- time keeping services
- gsa schedule reporting and compliance
- Preparation and Assistance with Writing and Development of Accounting Policies and Procedures – Timekeeping, Employee, and Accounting policies that address government audit agency requirements are important to our company with government contracts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Springfield, VA 22150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
- Quickbooks: 5 years (Required)
- DCAA compliance: 2 years (Required)
- Payroll Processing: 5 years (Required)
