Job description
Proactively perform regular site checks and remediate observed/known issues with workstations, printers, monitors, video conferencing equipment, and other end user peripherals.
Resolve desk-side incidents involving onboarding of operators and through daily incident management.
Maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment for the NCC/RG.
Log all incidents and requests in our ServiceNow ITSM toolset.
Coordinate incident resolution with various support towers for incidents requiring functional escalation.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

- Charlotte, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- iOS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer support: 2 years (Required)
