Requirements/Responsibilities
Because this a part time, evening position, this is the perfect opportunity to gain work experience and professional training in a fun, fast-paced environment! Our hours of operation are dependent upon the event schedule of the Spectrum Center, which varies.

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants must be able to:

• Work Quickly and Efficiently
• Work well with others
• Cross train in different roles in the kitchen
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Adhere to restaurant policy and health department food code

Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.

Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH part time restaurant jobs is not required, but preferred.
