Part-Time Call Center RepresentativePay: Start at $14/hr. After 60 days $15/hr.
Shift: Monday-Friday, You pick your own hours between 7a-4p
Each CSR will train with the client for approximately 2 weeks.
What would you do all day An inbound call center agent handles incoming calls from customers. In this job, your responsibilities are to receive calls at the call center from customers and answer questions, receive complaints, or troubleshoot. You troubleshoot both product or service issues with the customer to attempt to find a resolution. In this role, you are highly focused on customer service. Your duties can include obtaining customer information over the phone, explaining policies, processing claims in-between phone calls, relaying important information to customers, and determining a customer’ s eligibility for certain programs or resolutions.
Must have 1-2 years off call center/customer service experience.
