We are looking to add a Title Clerk to our growing team. This position will be Full Time and eligible for benefits after the probationary period. We are willing to train a candidate with ideal characteristics. Some of the responsibilities for this position include:

• Prepare tax and titling documents
• Complete title work to appropriate county of appropriate state in which the vehicle will be titled and licensed
• Process all lien recordings
• Closely review documents for compliance
• Timely process lien payoffs and obtain clean titles on trades
• Verify all funds collected from customer and banking institution
• Notarize documents as necessary

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of integrity
• Experience working with sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
• Relaxed, patient, steady, and deliberate - comfortable in following routines
• Likes being part of a team and helping others

No formal college education or accounting knowledge is required. All candidates considered for the position must be willing to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
