Job Title: Paper Production Technician - Direct Hire

Hours/Shift: DuPont schedule, working 14 days each month. Shifts are 12 hours, running 7:00 - 7:00 and rotating from nights to days.
Pay: $25.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Job description:
We are hiring a Paper Production Technician for a paper company located in Becker, MN! As the Paper Production Technician with Liberty Paper Inc., you will be responsible for performing the various duties of three skills within Job Family I. The skills within JFI are as follows: Inbound Warehouse, operating a forklift with bale cl& Winder Assistant, assisting winder operator to cut/wind paper onto cores to produce finished rolls; Mill Utility, assisting team members with various tasks, working to keep the paper machine operating. Proficiency of each skill is acquired through a combination of academic training and testing, and on the job training/skill demonstration. This position is entry-level, so no experience is required and training will be provided! If you are interested in this Warehouse Associate position, please submit your information.
Requirements:
- Mobile Equipment certification preferred, but not required
- Hoist and Crane operator certification preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated initiative and strong work habits
- Capability to work in an unsupervised position effectively
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Test as part of the hiring process
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good interpersonal communication skills for advising, recommending, and exchanging information
- Team player, problem solver, use sound judgment in decision making
