Job description

We're an online dainty jewelry shop with no in-person customer contact. We process orders on-site as a team out of our West-Alabama studio (near S Rice/ Sage).

Hours

Start times are flexible but must be availabel to end work day around 6pm.

3-5 weekly shifts as preferred for the rest of the year, likely until late January. At that point we will consider one of the two temps we're looking to hire to stay permanently at least part-time if that is of interest.

The Position:

No customer contact.

We seek to place each team member in their area of strength but to some extent we all work together as a team on many of the day-to-day duties

The position primarily involves beading/ bracelet-making; Package prepping; Packaging; Possibly some Graphic Design Assistance; Paper Cutting;

Requirements:

No experience in jewelry production is required but proven good work ethic is appreciated. Please include all recent work experience with your application.

We work with dainty jewelry so applicant must be willing to work with hands in similar positions for extended periods. [We care about you and have adjustable desks/ ergonomic chairs, etc..]

MUST:

• Have a Good Attitude! A positive attitude is the most important thing for this position
• Be fine with repetitive work and working well with peers towards effective team work. We are very big on teamwork!
• Good listening skills

Compensation:

starting at $14.50+ possible growing bonuses depending on value added to the team!
