Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the Group Home Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our youths!

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Schedule Offered: Wednesday - Saturday 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM

JRI Provides The Training So That:

• YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site, and also through rotating on call coverage
• YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of youths.
• YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of Rediscovery’s Residential Department.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
