Atlas Staffing of St. Cloud is now hiring an Outside Sales Representative to add to our team. Are you an outgoing, self-motivated, sales professional who doesn’t like to take “No” for an answer? Do you like working in a team environment and being in control of your own income? If your answer is Yes, then we want you! Atlas Staffing is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative. This position will include a strong emphasis on sales and business development, client relations, employee relations, and weekly reporting. This position will also require excellent customer service to our clients and employees.

Requirements:

• Sales and business development experience
• Experience in identifying prospective clients and generating business from new accounts
• Ability to build, develop and maintain strategic relationships with client companies
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting
• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers within prospect accounts in order to secure new business opportunities
• Maintain a high standard of service within new and existing accounts to ensure continued business
• Must be comfortable cold calling by both phone and dropping in on executives, HR managers and hiring managers
• Must be highly driven, self-motivated and possess outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• This job requires travel within the St. Cloud area. A valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation is necessary

Preferred requirement:

• Staffing industry sales experience or outside sales experience
