As our team Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing and revenue-generating activities following budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability to match preset standards. You will work strategically to increase awareness and promote the hospital and outpatient services to exclusive audiences. You will become a trusted face to our customers as an ambassador of our company.

In your role as Outreach Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and execute a business plan that is designed to meet and exceed financial, market, and operational goals
  • Service existing referral sources, and establish new referral sources by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to increase awareness and drive revenue
  • Adjust content of presentations by studying the type of referral source
  • Ensure retention and penetration of existing referral sources cultivate new community partners and the conversion of high-quality revenue
  • Work with internal teams to implement and train on solutions to ensure successful client/patient outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with team members including Admissions, Billing, Marketing, and other internal support functions
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and other methods for planning, forecasting, and business intelligence to support strategic and tactical decisions
  • Maintain programs for marketing and expand these programs as needed
  • Be responsible for executing established KPIs
  • Prepare and operate at trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • 3 years of successful selling experience in either the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred
  • Valid drivers’ license and safe driving record
  • Demonstrated track record of performance and success
