This is a full-time position under the supervision of the Children Matter! Program Manager. The responsibilities of this position are to administer outcomes measures to its clients in the Children Matter Program and their parents/guardians. This position will compile date data and submit these outcomes to the WRAP Track Program Platform. This person is responsible for collaboration with other providers as it relates to outcomes administration and sharing necessary information. The Outcomes Support Specialist will demonstrate time management skills, the ability to work independently out in the community, and the ability to work with a larger team.
The successful candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree. Access to an operational vehicle, automobile insurance ($100,000/$300,000 liability coverage) and a valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
