• Our care for patients extend to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families and providing on call, 24 hours, 7 days a week Chaplains for spiritual support.

The role you’ll contribute:

Under general supervision of licensed personnel, the Orthopedic Technician will perform a variety of functions in support and care of patients requiring orthopedic care in an outpatient medical setting.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Perform clerical duties for physician clinic.

Assist with splinting and casting.

Assist with procedures

Answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner, take messages in the EHR system and task to proper Care Team Member.

Schedule new and follow-up appointments

Responsible for performing tasks that are within the scope of his/her educational preparation, knowledge, and permitted by the policies and procedures of Supplemental Health Care, and other local, state, and federal guidelines; and the policies of the facility requesting the services.

Participate in orthopedic meetings and in-services as needed.

Clean and prepare patient rooms throughout the business day

Ensure all tasks and job duties are performed to an acceptable standard.

Perform other tasks as requested.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

High school graduate or equivalent desired.

Certification from Orthopedic Technician School or Military equivalent.

Current CPR or BLS Certification
