Overview:
We continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities; as a result, we have exciting opportunities for an Order Processing Specialist to join our Order Processing Department in Plano, Texas.
The Order Processor with work with a team of Order Processing and Customer Support Administrators verifying & entering orders according to customer's specifications in an SAP system.
We are expected to review all incoming orders and or changes prioritizing those that require expediting. Accessing customer account information, entering appropriate order information and preparing necessary documentation to stage orders in the SAP computer system.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and organize all incoming order correspondences.
  • Assist in forwarding inquiries and organizing work flow.
  • Review and process orders that require special handling.
  • Complete sales order process from order entry through order invoicing.
  • Move orders through the work process from initiation to completion.
  • Research and resolve issues or problems as needed.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to evaluate situations and make appropriate resolutions.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure that orders are processed as instructed by the customer.
  • Create sales reports and analyze data.
  • Some technical knowledge is helpful.
  • Work with our Sales and Customer Support teams.
  • Review pending orders and follow up to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Other specified duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Accuracy and speed, (Both Alpha and Numeric) with previous purchase order data entry experience
  • Must be well organized and able to communicate well with a team of people while multi-tasking
  • Hard working, teachable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
  • Order Processing, Customer Service Experience are a huge plus
