We are currently accepting resumes for the position of a bilingual Optician at our office in Downtown Houston (The Shops at 1200 McKinney)
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm
Friday: 8 am – 2 pm
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years experience assisting patients with optical wear needs including frame styling, lens selection and minor repairs to glasses. Fluency in English & Spanish is required.
ABOC is preferred but not required. Future certification is encouraged and supported. Contacts Lens I & R experience helpful.
No lab work is required for this position.
Besides in-depth knowledge of lens and frames we expect our opticians to be professional (both in appearance and service), friendly, reliable and compassionate to the needs of our patients.
