Work Experience

· Experience in Management role in Theft Claims Adjusting

· Must possess a valid Adjuster License

· Should have experience in team leading role and have proven track record for managing 15-20 Theft Claims Adjusters and keeping them engaged

· Strong client management skills to work as point of contact for the client

· Ability to set the rigor in claims processing and running the teams productively

· Must possess excellent tracking & reporting experience. Should be an expert in Microsoft Excel tool and be able to handle all data and reporting.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing the contractual service level agreements are delivered

· People Management – Train, Coach & Mentor team members to accomplish targets

· Responsible for maintaining the complete claims records and timely invoice the files

· Develop operational strategies and communicate clear instructions to team members

· Monitor team performance and drive quality, cycle time and productivity

· Engage with stakeholders across client organizations to ensure seamless delivery.

· Identify and solve/ mitigate operational risks from time to time

· Work with the Sales leads to build strong relationship with clients and support new business deals

· Continue to explore opportunities to expand revenue base, mine existing accounts

· Establish detailed process understanding to be able to understand team & client’s prospective & add value

· Drive Continuous Improvement in the Operations, exploring technology play to innovate

· Participate in solution workshops and contribute to developing future state processes

· Establish a strong & proactive communication rigor with the client to provide transparency into the operations

· Ability to act promptly on critical/ time sensitive issues raised by the client

· Rapport building with the internal & external stake holders

· Deal with any issues that arise promptly and professionally, seeking advice from the leadership as necessary

· Ensure the team serves all products to company and brand specification

Essential skills:

· Good Theft Claims Adjusting experience

· Analytical and Problem-solving skills

· Working knowledge of Xactmate, Corelogic and other key technologies in the Theft Claims space

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver multiple priorities

· Ability to work under tight timelines

· Highly motivated and committed

· Passion for working with people

Technical skills

· Insurance knowledge and ability to understand and interpret policy language & terms

· Must be able to understand various technologies in use currently in the insurance Claims industry including Xactware, Corelogic , Hover and other technology applications as required by a variety of clients

· Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

· Ability to independently perform root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted

· Collaborative approach towards resolving the issues with stakeholders & peers/sub-process areas

· Ability to crunch data, possesses data driven & fact-based approach

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

· Graduation in any stream or College Diploma

· Advanced knowledge of Theft Claims lifecycle.

· Adjuster License
· Shift timings: Day shift
