Job Overview:

The position of Operation Manager will be a managerial role overseeing the warehouse, order entry, and installation teams. The role would provide management and administrative co-ordination and logistics matters for all incoming projects. This individual shall oversee and coordinate the manufacture, shipment, storage, order fulfillment and delivery of project specific items. This individual will oversee a team of 10-12 team members of varying skills and responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• High level responsibilities include
• Supervision of warehouse, installation, and order entry staff members
• Logistics, shipping, and warehouse oversight
• Vendor management
• Coordination with Mechdyne’s internal fabrication Unit MMBU
• Oversite of installation manager and staff,Coordination of installation teams schedules as required

• Support Monthly, Quarterly, and annual reporting requirements in coordination with the General Manager, and or Business Development Manager.
• Maintain Employee Performance Assessment System (PAS) conducting ongoing employee reviews.
• Hire and manage staff as needed to support the business unit.
• Oversee Inventory management & maintaining min/max parts in warehouse
• Provide Support and Coordination of Accounting Functions
• Support and Assist with Monthly reporting of sales and financial criterion to management team

Qualifications:

• 5 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• Organized and able to track multiple ongoing project tasks
• Computer literacy (Office, ACT, Fishbowl, Quickbooks)
• Quickbooks Accounting Software Experience, a plus
• Problem solving skills and self driven creativity
• People skills – must be able to work with a myriad of personalities
• Organizational skills – task management, manage filing system
