The candidate to be considered will be someone that works well remote, outside and multi-tasking. This candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in Snow and Landscape services. Understand the equipment needed to accomplish Snow and Landscape services, have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and know how to use computer, tablet, phone extremely well. This individual will be available 7 days a week Oct. 15th – May 30th. Full Time employment is a possibility for the right candidate that excels with all tasks. This candidate will be a self-starter and great communicator with internal employees and sub-contractors. Field Managers will be available for all weather events, weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays. Extended period will be spent out in the field and in truck driving in rough and winter weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

o Monitor entire region

o Work with sub-contractors to help understand all contracted SOW services

o Keep master scheduling update for company to view and understand

o Communicate with managers at locations for Customers

o Qualify service partners for their true resources and capabilities

o Communicate with all sub-contractors in given area

o Solve any issues and/or non-performance of a sub-contractor in real time

o Report Directly to the Operations Manager

o Monitor sites in area by visiting them through out storms and season

o Find new sub-contractors as needed based on sites in areas over supervision

o Interface with small business owners that specialize in construction, hardscaping, landscaping, and excavation

o Emergency service as needed throughout Tri-State and New England when needed

Required:

o Drivers License

o 3+ years’ experience Snow & Land Services
