The points below highlight the Operations Analyst duties:
- Processes invoices in the Ariett system and ensures all accounts payables are processed in a timely manner; researches and responds to past-due billing questions
- Reviews trial balance from Finance to ensure expenses are accurate
- Creates purchase orders
- Reviews and processes weekly temporary agency invoices and prepares weekly facility labor reports; works with agency to resolve charges that don’t match Kronos labor reports, escalating to HR manager when necessary
- Prepares and distributes invoices to customers

What projects will you work on in this role?
- Analyzes Apple financial results for all accounts (4) to ensure accuracy, identify issues/opportunities; prepares Month End Review and adjustments
- Analyzes monthly budgets and explains variance from the plan/forecast
- Supports site Leadership for each account in billing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency required; Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university preferred
- Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination education and experience
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
