Operations Administrative Assistant


REPORTS TO:

Offshore Personnel Manager


REGION:

Americas



GENERAL DESCRIPTION:


Assist Offshore Operations Department with the administration of the MTCS Competence Scheme, BOEMER & SEMS regulatory requirements, passports, visas, training, and personnel logistics.



DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:



Assist in the process of obtaining passports and visas 

Schedule training and associated logistics. 

Process Material Requisitions for services ordered 

Process and Record Purchase Orders and maintain the Postgolive-POLog database. 

Receive services in Oracle as required 

Maintain Offshore personnel competence databases, files and records 

Maintain Training records for Offshore personnel 

Maintain Ops board on a daily basis 

Arrange crew change travel & logistics. 

Assist Operations group with administrative tasks as required.



QUALIFICATIONS: 

High School Diploma 

2 years basic administrative experience 

Ability to multi-task, good communicator 

Good computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 

Organized, motivated and detail oriented 

Ability to operate in a fast-paced changing environment 

Team Player
