Operations Administrative Assistant
REPORTS TO:
Offshore Personnel Manager
REGION:
Americas
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Assist Offshore Operations Department with the administration of the MTCS Competence Scheme, BOEMER & SEMS regulatory requirements, passports, visas, training, and personnel logistics.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the process of obtaining passports and visas
Schedule training and associated logistics.
Process Material Requisitions for services ordered
Process and Record Purchase Orders and maintain the Postgolive-POLog database.
Receive services in Oracle as required
Maintain Offshore personnel competence databases, files and records
Maintain Training records for Offshore personnel
Maintain Ops board on a daily basis
Arrange crew change travel & logistics.
Assist Operations group with administrative tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
2 years basic administrative experience
Ability to multi-task, good communicator
Good computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Organized, motivated and detail oriented
Ability to operate in a fast-paced changing environment
Team Player
