Intelligent Technology is seeking a qualified OpenText Content Server Team Lead to join our US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) team in Fort Detrick, MD.

The OpenText Content Server shall provide support services for the expanded implementation of the Content Server (LIVELINK) application. Tasks include the following Tasks:

OpenText Content Server:

(1) Business process analysis/operational modeling

(2) Workflow design, development, and customization

(3) Designing and implementing OpenText Content Server forms

(4) Management of Records Management Model within the Content Server

(5) Creation, configuration, and editing of web forms to provide straightforward data entry and retrieval

(6) Managing users and groups, permissions, and security

(7) Customization of the user interface/User training

(9) Plan for migration of OpenText Content Server content and workflows into SharePoint Workflow design, development, and customization

(11) Designing and Implementing OpenText Content Server Forms

(12) Managing the schema and developing queries/reports

(13) Content Server System Administration to include managing Users & Groups, Permissions, Security, and System Configuration within OpenText Content Server

(14) Customization of the Application Programming Interface (API) using OpenText Content Server Builder

MRDC HQ Program Area Support:

(1) Business Process Reengineering (BPR) of the MRDC Partnership Agreement Lifecycle within the

(2) Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO).

(3) Intellectual Property (IP) documentation maintained by the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA).

(4) The Contractor shall support future implementations of the OpenText Content Server application for other program areas within HQs, and MRDC when required.

SharePoint Management:

(1) Planning, development, implementation, integration, administration, training, and analysis.

(2) New solutions to automate processes, improve collaboration, and provide performance data for MRDC

(3) installation and configuration; requirements analysis; design; collaboration portal; security configuration; advanced search capabilities; forms development; content management/ document management; workflow development; and dashboarding/reporting development.

(4) Web and portal development, including graphical layout, database development, coding, and programming.

(5) ASP .NET development activities within SDLC methodologies include design, development, testing, and deployment.

(6) Comprehensive management reporting metrics, including algorithms, data outputting, key performance indicators, and statistical displays.

(7) Develop documentation to include but not be limited to additional requirements, user guides, and administration guides.

(8) Server farm and supporting of MS SQL server database comprehensive administration support, configuration support, development, testing, production installation, and configuration, security and user management, configuration updates, backup and restore, and other maintenance support.

Minimum Education:

Have at least six (2) years of experience managing all aspects of Open Text Servers with a strong background in MS SQL server databases.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • IAT Level II required - CompTIA Security+
  • Active DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • CCNA / CompTIA A+/ CCENT / CCNP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47.62 - $52.44 per hour
