Onsite Support Analyst
Purpose
Receives and meets all service requirements reported to Help Desk not solved over the telephone, providing onsite solutions to problems.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures proper IT problem solving issues, analyzing, diagnosing and solving operating incidents.
- Manages physical assets verifying appropriate inventory recording of requested pieces of equipment and machines.
- Provides hardware repair services and follows up the hardware repairs done inhouse or by vendors.
- Ensures share of knowledge management.
- Ensures consistency of the applications run on Tenaris PCs.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
