First Health Call es un Centro de Llamadas con 17 años de experiencia en la industria de atención telefónica en el área de la Salud. Buscamos Oficinistas para trabajar en Hatillo a Tiempo Completo. Recibirá y canalizará llamadas donde se le ofrecerá orientación, educación y asistencia.
Entre los requisitos principales se encuentra:
· Certificación o conocimiento en facturación médica.
· Preferible que tenga experiencia en la Industria del cuidado de la salud.
· Experiencia en servicio al cliente.
· Dominio en el uso y manejo de computadora.
· Preferible que tenga experiencia en oficina médica o planes médicos, y preferiblemente en centro de llamadas.
· Bilingüe.
· Tener COMPLETA disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos y días feriados
