Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented office/marketing assistant to join our team at our wholesale eyewear company. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders from customers, processing orders using our computer systems, and coordinating with other team members to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, the office assistant may be responsible for managing inventory, tracking shipments, and handling billing and payments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers to clarify any questions or issues that may arise. Experience with graphic design is a plus, as the office assistant may be asked to assist with creating marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other computer programs
• Experience in graphic design (preferred, not required)
