Salary: $35,500 – $40,500
The Winnefox Library System is looking for a collaborative and organized individual to work in the Winnefox Cooperative Technical Services office. WCTS is a small-staffed office located in Berlin, WI providing administrative support to the smallest libraries in the Winnefox Library System.
Duties:
The Office Clerk will assist in the purchasing, processing, and cataloging of library materials for the 19 libraries in the WCTS area, along with assisting and working collaboratively with the WCTS Coordinator. Individual tasks will include assisting in the creation of monthly material lists, ordering titles and adding them to the library catalog, and physically processing materials. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in public libraries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies
