Job description
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen is a non-profit, social services agency dedicated to helping those individuals in need and improving the quality of life to members in the community.
Office Assistant IV
$15.00 per hour with Sign-on Bonus: $1,500
Responsibilities
- Performing clerical functions such as data entry, filing, bookkeeping, and office equipment operations
- Serves on the office operations team and may serve on any other team as appropriate
- Essential duties include welcoming visitors and clients, answering the telephone, routing calls, providing information, accepting and recording payments, and making referrals
- Serves as liaison between the public and the staff of the site
Requirements
- This job requires an intermediate knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Word and Excel, utilization of site specific statistical, financial and analytical software, and the ability to work as part of a team
