G-Net Construction Corp. is looking for a full time Office Assistant.

This position will be a full-time position, fixed hours 9 - 5, M - F.

Typical DAILY Tasks can include any of the below. (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO!):
  • Answer/screen phone calls.
  • Maintain company calendar by planning and scheduling meetings and conference calls.
  • Making various phone calls for the office staff and sending emails for follow up information.
  • Paper and computer filing and general clerical work.
  • Open and sort mail.
  • Writing/Editing letters and memos.
  • Creating/Updating excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist in keeping general office areas neat and organized.
  • Prepare and format information for various weekly/monthly meetings and/or distribution to other office staff.
  • Converting old paper files into digital files.
  • Assist in keeping computer filing and folder structure neat and relevant.
  • Assist with general marketing strategies (website and mailings).
  • Basic Quickbooks Invoicing & Estimate writing (not bookkeeping, just writing invoices and estimates).

EDUCATION:
  • The applicant needs to have at least a 2-year Associates Degree minimum.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MUST have own vehicle and valid drivers license.
  • MUST have an intermediate level of knowledge in MS EXCEL.
  • MUST have an intermediate level of knowledge in MS WORD.
  • MUST be able to legally work in the US and have a social security card.
  • MUST possess excellent verbal communication and telephone skills and MUST be Proficient in English.
  • MUST be detail-oriented (yes, if you do not have organizational skills, you will fall behind) and work neatly.
  • MUST have planning and time management skills and ability to prioritize daily workload.
