Position Summary
This person will assist McLeod Tyler Wellness Center Manager with various projects and office support as needed including filling in at the front information desk, submitting student employment paperwork, ordering supplies and processing invoices/payments.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft products;
  • Working with the general public in person and on the telephone;
  • Familiarity with general office duties;

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of basic invoice and payment processing
  • Experience with ordering food, goods, & services for W&M

Up to $23 per hour

Conditions of Employment
This position is a temporary (hourly) position not to exceed 6 months. All hourly employees are subject to the limitations of the Virginia Manpower Control Program and total hours worked may not exceed on average 29 hours per week, over the course of a twelve month period beginning May 1 each year.

This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.
